If for any reason you would not be happy with your purchase, feel free to send your order back to us at your expense (within 7 days, not damaged and in the original packaging) and we will reimburse you. We strongly recommend that when you send something back to us, you send it by registered mail.

If upon arrival the goods you ordered are damaged or faulty, please inform us by email (buy@thegrasshopper.be) and we will contact you to propose the best solution.

Unless faulty, personalised items can not be returned.

In accordance with the Belgian law on the Protection of Privacy, buy@thegrasshopper has filed a request for a registration number for the treatment of personal information with the Ministery of Economic Affairs. Under this registration we limit ourselves to the use of your information only for commercial purposes (mailings, special offers etc) and only for use by ourselves. We will never pass on your information to third parties.
